International Womens Day 2012 Conference

The University of Limerick held a conference titled 'Networking Women' on the 8th March 2012 at the Irish Chamber Orchestra Building as part of International Women's Day celebrations. Over 100 participants gathered for a day packed with high profile speakers and entertaining workshops. Speakers included: Terry Prone, Founder of the Communications Clinic, Rosemary Delaney, Owner of WMB publishing, John Fitzgerald, Founder of Harmonics, Liam Croke, MD of Harmonics Financial, Kathleen O'Meara, Head of Advocacy at the Irish Cancer Society and Dr Maura Adshead, Head of Department of Politics and Public Adminstration. There was a number of workshops to choose from, including: Bodymatters by Phil Jakeman, Life Coaching by Zinaida Nourriddine, Yoga and Meditation by Carmell Demello. Congratulations to the University of Limerick Women's Forum Events Committee for organising a great day for all.
