Limerick Gathering Festival 1-5 2013

Tailteann Nua is one of the first on campus festivals exploring Irish culture in relation to the old cultural games of An tAonach Tailteann, which celebrated sporting prowness and mastery of the arts of Gaelic Ireland. The event offers groups, individuals and families the opportunity for a summer holiday celebration at the University's spectacular campus where they can participate in the performing arts, play a team sport or just enjoy one of the many classes, events and workshops on offer in language, music, dance and storytelling.
