Exhibitions and Trade Shows

The University of Limerick can offer a wide choice of flexible breakout and exhibition space. All event exhibitors can create customised exhibition space. The University of Limerick events team recognise exhibitions as a unique promotional tool for organisations.  Exhibiting can be used as part of an overall sales and marketing strategy where the organisation can reach a large proportion of their target market in a short space of time. With numerous effective spaces available the university offers ideal areas for establishing and maintaining key customer relations.  

Main Building - EGO10

Ideally located in the Main Building beside the Jean Monnet Theatre, EGO10 is a flat space of 500 sq meters. Depending on the event's individual requirements, we can arrange full build exhibition stands or just simply poster sessions.   

Kemmy Business School Foyer

The foyer in Kemmy Business School is ideal for a smaller exhibition linked to a conference or a poster session during a break.

University Concert Hall Atrium

The Atrium is situated in the Foundation Building adjacent to the University Concert Hall.  This 635 sq meters of space is perfect for welcome receptions, exhibitions, poster sessions or just general networking during breaks.

UL Sport Arena Exhibition Hall

UL Sport Arena is the largest flat space available on campus with 1880 sq meters for exhibitions, concerts, sports competitions, and other such events.  Seating can be arranged for up to 3,000 people over the total floor space.
